Inga explains The Big Five mental skills and how to establish realistic goals in your athletic career, from training, to physical preparedness and mental awareness. There are many aspects of goal setting and ways to help you still to them including involving your family and friends. A training partner is a great way to start and keep you on task as well as writing down your goals so that you have a reference to check your progress. It’s important to map out what you can practically achieve keeping in mind all the factors that play into your athletic ambitions.
