On this week's WiSP IronWomen, Ruth Brennan Morrey is a 41-year-old mother of three, has a PhD in Counselling Psychology, is a former Division I and Semi-Pro soccer player and Olympic Trials marathon runner. Ruth competed in her first triathlon in 2011 and raced as an amateur for two seasons before entering the professional ranks. She is an Ironman 70.3 Champion and most recently ended her 2016 with a 4th place at IM Arizona. Ruth joins Sara Gross and Alyssa Godesky to unpack the question “How does she do it all?” Find out more about Ruth’s routine, her eating habits and how her background in psychology informs her triathlon career. Then, amateur triathlete Bridget Haga joins us with her burning questions for Ruth.
